The ONYX is designed around LOC's NEW BT-3.00 airframe tubing and nose cone. Its stout
appearance and large diameter makes this bird a natural for sport flying. With a
"G" motor, altitudes in excess of 1800 ft. can be attained. Parachute recovery.
Includes nylon elastic shock cord, plastic nose cone, precision machined plywood
fins and centering rings. A special pre-marked airframe for fin and launch lug attachment
is included to make assembly quick and easy. These kits can be flown on a single D12 motor
(24mm adapter req.) or attain out-of-sight altitudes on composite motors.
