Please call for return authorization before returning any items. All returns are for credit only - there will be no refunds. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items.

Also, while you can E-mail  orders 24 hours a day, your phone orders should be during working hours which are 

9am-6pm (EST) Mon-Fri and 
Noon - 5pm (EST) weekends
